Disaster Recovery Assistance for Ontarians (DRAO) is hosting virtual information sessions on February 15th, 2024 at 7:00 pm and February 22nd, 2024 at 6:30 pm. These sessions are aimed at helping residents and small businesses/not-for-profits/farms affected by the 2023 Southwestern Flood apply for the DRAO program. The sessions will be delivered online via the Microsoft Teams platform. The February 15th session will be geared towards Homeowners/Tenant applicants, while the February 22nd session will pertain to owners of Small Businesses/Not-for-profits/Small Farms. If applicable, please register for both sessions. The sessions will begin with a 25-minute presentation followed by a 35-minute question period (i.e., 1 hour total). In these sessions, we will cover: o Things to know before you apply o Overview of the DRAO program o How the DRAO Program Works o Application Walk-through o Application Review Process - What to Expect o Ongoing support and resources o Question period Registration is now open for both sessions.
