Thank you for showing interest in sponsoring a flower basket or planter box for the upcoming 2025 season. This year we are going to have 85 flower baskets and 16 planter boxes available to sponsor.
To sponsor one flower basket it costs $80.00 including HST and to sponsor a planter box it costs $90.00 including HST. As in previous years, an Income Tax receipt will be issued to acknowledge your generosity.
We are currently taking reservation from those who participated in this program in 2024. Our 2024 sponsors have until March 10, 2025, to reach out and reserve their previous flower basket or planter box locations. On March 11, 2025, all unreserved locations will be made available for the public to sponsor.
To sponsor one or more hanging baskets or planter boxes for the upcoming year please email @email to reserve your spot. Please let us know if you would recognition for your sponsorship. We are pleased to display recognition plates that will be professionally designed and locally sourced! In order to assure you get a sponsorship spot make sure to inquire and pay prior to April 18, 2025. You can make your payment via mail or by coming into the Southwest Middlesex office at 153 McKellar Street, Glencoe, ON, N0L 1M0.
