An additional application for the Van Vooren family recognized decreased lot side, front and rear depths for an existing building. The final minor variance application was to recognize a slightly smaller lot frontage on the lot that houses the new daycare centre.  Also presented was a severance application within the Village of Wardsville was also approved with conditions attached. This approval allows for a single family detached dwelling.
