A budget meeting was held in the afternoon with the business plan of the fire department presented.  The capital budget was also reviewed.

Court of Revision for the Robinson Drain was held with the assessments as prepared in the drainage report by Spriet Associates remaining unchanged with no appeals having been received.

Drainage Reports:

  • A section 4 petition was presented to council for a new branch of the Kavelaars Drain.   Spriet Associates has been appointed to add it to the Kavelaars Drain report already in progress for consideration.
  • A section 78 petition was presented to council for the reconstruction of the Black Drain.  Spriet Associates has been appointed to prepare the Black Drain report for consideration.
  • A section 78 petition was presented to council for the reconstruction of the Coad Drain.  Spriet Associates has been appointed to prepare the Coad Drain report for consideration.
  • A section 78 petition was presented to council for the reconstruction of the Dymock Drain.  Spriet Associates has been appointed to prepare the Dymock Drain report for consideration.
