To sign up for e-mail of property tax bills and/or utility bills, please provide the following information. Please note that only original invoices will be sent by email. Overdue statements will continue to be delivered by Canada Post.
By completing and sending this form you authorize the Municipality of Southwest Middlesex to transmit all future property tax and/or water bills to the e-mail address(es) provided. You also understand that you will no longer receive property tax or water bills by regular mail and that failure to receive a property tax and/or water bill does not excuse you from the responsibility of payment of taxes and/or water, nor relieve you from the liability of penalty for late payments. You accept responsibility for contacting the municipality with any future change in your email address.
